Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 1-2 business days. Due to the nature of the business, are not always in stock in all sizes at all times. Custom and personalized orders can take 2 Days. Then, our mail carrier will pick it up and it should be in your hands within 2-5 business days! If you decide to refuse a shipment, STORCHY will not grant refunds of any kind.
