Simply browse our collection, select the product you love, choose any applicable options (like size or color), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe.
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see this in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label to send the item back.
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation, subject to availability. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
